Over 20 years ago, he transitioned into facilities management, gaining experience in the NHS, private healthcare, and education sectors.

Today, Paul manages facilities operations, acting as the primary client contact and solution-seeker. His extensive background allows him to effectively address challenges and ensure smooth, efficient operations across various settings.
